I am writing to you to express my distress and dissapointment regarding the building work undertaken
at 42 oakdene road, sevenoaks kent.

Our current focus is on the flat roofs which in our opinion have never been completed to our satisfaction.
Following advice, it would be reasonable to expect that a newly covered roof undertaken by a professional providing building services,
would be waterproof, however in our opinion the roofs you have fitted have never been waterproof.

On the first rain after the scaffolding was removed [DATE], we noticed discoloring on the ceiling.

We requested repair on the following dates,

the impact is that we will have to re decorate 2 rooms and we still have to suffer the embarassment or making sure that
a bucket is placed by the bed and explaining.

We now request that you please attend to this matter in supplying us with a working roof as we originally requested,
it is our understanding that we should occur no additional charges as this work has neverbeen completed to our satisfaction.

you have seen the problem and accepted that there are problems with the services (application of the roofing surfaces) provided.

we would ideally like the work to be completed within 2 weeks time.

my frustration is that before we engaged you to do any work we had a very small leak through our bedroom roof.
Our bedroom roof has now been replaced and doesnt leak, but we now have 3 leaks above the
main living space, utility space and spare room
