Why this link exists
I'm testing different ways of grabbing peoples attention using digital signage.
My inspiration is a bar at the city end of london bridge (in london) that had a broken neon sign.
As i went to Lloyds TSB as a consultant for plasmanet, I saw this sign and since then it always grabs my attention because it is flashing erratically.
If this test works it may become a commonly used technique in plasmanet systems.
