my idea is to get the palm tx and use it

to
1. stream music from my pc
2. remote control my home pc which has winamp on it
3. control other stuff
4. remote into work and control servers etc.
5. browse the web and update my LOFLS blogs / watch youtube and facebook

i considered a umpc, but then I don't want to have anything stored on it and
I don't want to mess with windows / potential virii etc.

you can pick up a palm Tx for £150 the same price as an archos wifi
